Helpful Print Hint #2

Did you know you can condense pages to save paper?
(Adobe and Foxit are a little different)

1. Click on FILE.
2. Click on PRINT.
3. Look for PAGE SCALING (Adobe) or PAGE ARRANGE (Foxit).
4. Click on MULTIPLE PAGES PER SHEET.
5. Set PAGES PER SHEET CUSTOM to 2 by 2 (should already be set).
6. Click on PAGE BORDER (Adobe) or PRINT PAGE BORDER (Foxit)...This puts borders around each page. (not
    necessary).

Note: This sometimes makes the pages to small to read, but usually works well when printing full size answer sheets. You can also change the PAGES PER SHEET CUSTOM, PAGE ROTATE, and the PAGE ORDER to your liking. The preview screen on the right will show you what it will print out.
